Mother of 3 beautiful children and I live in Clovis,CA. I’ve been cooking and baking my whole life and just recently got into barbecuing and smoking meat. I have absolutely fallen in love with everything barbecue. I have always enjoyed cooking for my family. I am by no means a professional but I enjoy learning every day. These are recipes that have been passed down to me or that I have come up with and feel I have perfected enough to share with the world. I’m just a Mom who loves to cook for her kids.
My grills/smokers of choice at the moment are a Smokin’ Brothers pellet smoker, Weber Kettle, and Oklahoma Joes Highland offset wood smoker. I hope to add more grills to my arsenal soon and maybe even some day compete in small competitions.
